Shipping Policies and Information
We pride ourselves on our shipping standards. Packages are discreetly wrapped from Urban Horticulture Supply. and are generally shipped within two business days from the time we receive your order. Please understand when selecting 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping that the delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves the warehouse. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided upon the order leaving our warehouse. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation and are insured up to $100.00.
UPS World ship rates are used to automatically calculate shipping costs when orders are placed online. Occasionally, the amount calculated is not accurate after we pack, measure, and weigh the boxes and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to make you aware of additional shipping charges before we ship the order.
• All web orders shipping to Tennessee are subject to sales tax.
• Though we keep a well-stocked inventory, there may be times that we do not have a product in stock and need to drop ship the item from the manufacturer. Please keep in mind that products shipped from the manufacturer may take an additional number of days to arrive.
• Overnight Delivery is subject to availability and regional restrictions.
• Address Changes – We ship a high volume of packages on a daily basis and are not able to make address changes. When you are checking out, please make sure the shipping address is correct. If it is not, please update this information before checking out so that the correct information is on the order form.
• Inspect your package upon arrival! If your package arrives and appears to be damaged, refuse the package and notify us immediately. We make every effort to pack your order efficiently and safely to withstand damage. Please call us if a situation occurs and we will assist you in making a shipping claim.
•Please do not contact us about where your order is after a tracking number has been sent. Once the package leaves our facility the carrier is responsible for delivering the package on time. Please contact the carrier for any updates on delivery times. If the package is still in transit and within the expected delivery time range, please refrain from contacting us about where it is.
Urban Horticulture Supply offers a 30 day Return Policy on any items that you would like to return or exchange. In order for your return to be accepted we must receive your request within 30 days of your receipt of the item(s) in question. All return items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
How to Submit a Return
1. Login to your Account and select the Order to return
2. Select Return Items from the bottom of the page
3. Select the Item(s) for Return and specify a Quantity
4. Specify a Reason for your Return in the fields provided and hit Send
Please note that we do not accept returns on any of the bulbs in our lighting selection, or opened liquids or amendments.
Once we accept your return request we will have you ship the item back at buyers cost and upon approval we will issue a refund.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If an item is damaged during shipping, contact Urban Horticulture Supply immediately. Save all packaging. Urban Horticulture Supply will give you further instructions after being notified.
